Heverlee
In a corner of Leuven, Belgium a Master Brewer - Joris Brams discovered a recipe within the pages of Abbey of the Order of Premontre records. This recipe inspired what would become Heverlee’s pilsner style lager. This hidden gem was revitalised and brought to the UK in 2013.

Titanic Distillers
Based in Belfast, in the very shipyard where the Titanic and many of its sister vessels were built. Today, visitors to Thompson Dock can view the workings of Titanic Distillery and hear the story of Belfast's whiskey tradition, why it disappeared and how it has returned with the city's first working whiskey distillery in almost 90 years.
