AVA London, the capital’s Leading Electronic Music & Arts Conference returns to Printworks for its fifth edition on Friday 18th March 2022, announcing KINK hosting a Live Masterclass, revered author of Trainspotting and lifelong electronic music nut Irvine Welsh in a special keynote interview with author Séamas O’Reilly, CARL COX will guest in an exclusive filmed Q&A as part of our innovation theme hosted by our education partner Virtuoso, Kode9 & Mala will speak about the London music landscape, alongside a special talk with Jamz Supernova (BBC Radio 1xtra), Jaguar (BBC Radio 1) and host Niks (Black Artist Database). Audiovisual artist and Aphex Twin collaborator Weirdcore will also join for a panel with Irish artist Aja and much more.
The event will host over 40 artists and speakers across a daytime programme at the mighty venue, featuring keynote speeches from industry leaders, artist Q&As – as well as hands-on masterclasses, tech demos and workshops to make for an engaging, educational and insightful programme.
CLUB
By night, AVA will bring a stacked lineup across the infamous Press Halls and newly opened Inkwells, with Maribou State, Kink (live), Carlton Doom, Fauzia, Holly Lester, Kessler, Powder, Prospa, Re:ni, Tailor Jae and more.
This will be the only event in the Printworks calendar that sees you through both the day and the night, with a combined £40 ticket including the conference and club, with doors opening at 10am for the conference, and open until 4am for the club. There will be an interval between 5-9PM to changeover between the events.
